Ramadan Mubarak ☪️? @allgoqpoc @queermuslimsatx and @afssaustin are so excited to be hosting a Queer Muslims Ramadan Iftar Dinner.

All three of our organizations talk about the importance of community — Community is more than just a group of people. It serves as a protective factor. Community is what makes us feel understood, provides safety, cultivates joy, and connects us to life-saving resources.
Our collective goal is to create a safe and inclusive space for our community members to come together, share a meal, and celebrate the spirit of Ramadan during the upcoming holy month.
Allies and partners are welcome to come but please respect that this space is for queer muslims to break fast together!
We encourage folks to take COVID tests beforehand and to mask when possible and will try and have a few extra on hand if anyone needs one.
